Amitabh Bachchan Says It's A Joy Working With Taapsee Pannu; Calls Her The 'Most Accomplished Artist'

Amitabh Bachchan has worked with Tapsee Pannu in Pink and Sujoy Ghosh’s mystery thriller Badla. Now in a recent interview, Big B called her the most accomplished artist and how it has been a joy working with Tapsee in both the films

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, over his long career span in Bollywood, has done films of several genres, including mystery thrillers such as Pink, Badla and now will be seen in yet another mystery thriller sharing screen space for the first time with Bard Of Blood actor Emraan Hashmi in Rumi Jaffery’s Chehre. Now, during a recent interview with Zoom, Amitabh Bachchan talked about what his experience was like working in Badla. Big B said that Sujoy Ghosh’s  Badla has been the most rewarding experience for him.

In the interview with Zoom, Amitabh Bachchan mentions that he has also worked with Tapsee Pannu in Pink before working together in Badla and that it has been a joy working with her again. "Taapsee Pannu, who has worked with me before, is a most accomplished artist, and it has been a joy to be working with her again. The writing, the screenplay and the camerawork need special mention - they are responsible in giving this film its immense value," Big B said. Apart from Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, Badla also stars Amrita Singh, Tony Luke, Manav Kaul, and Tanveer Ghani and the story revolves around a lawyer and a businesswoman who claims that she has been wrongfully framed for murder.


In other news, Amitabh Bachchan had delivered a 14-minute take for the film Chehre in just one shot, thereby left the entire crew of the film in awe of his talent. The film's producer Anand Pandit lauded Big B for the same and in a statement, Pandit said, "I believe I am blessed to be a part of a film that has this historic scene. Giving a fourteen-minute shot is not only difficult but requires dedication of a different kind. And add to it the way Amitji delivered it with finesse. There was pin-drop silence on the sets followed by thunderous applause. He is legendary and an inspiration for each one of us".
